How quickly can you present candidates?

For most cyber and tech roles, we aim to have a shortlist of 3–5 qualified candidates to you within 5–10 business days of our discovery call. For highly specialist roles (CISO, niche SecOps), allow up to two weeks.

Do you cover both permanent and contract cyber roles?

Yes. We work on permanent, fixed-term contract, and interim engagements across the full spectrum of cyber and tech roles.

Can the EU remote hire work in our US time zone?

Absolutely. We target candidates in Western and Central European time zones (GMT to CET+1) who are comfortable with a 4–5 hour overlap with US East Coast hours. Many are already working with US clients.

How does the EOR structure work tax-wise for us?

From your side, the arrangement is clean — you pay a single monthly invoice to our EOR partner. There is no permanent establishment risk, no payroll obligations, and no foreign entity required. Your legal team can review the EOR agreement before you commit to anything.

What happens if the hire doesn’t work out?

We offer a rebate period on all permanent placements. If the hire doesn’t work out within the agreed rebate window, we conduct a replacement search at no additional fee. The details are agreed upfront — no surprises.
