Absolutely. We target candidates in Western and Central European time zones (GMT to CET+1) who are comfortable with a 4–5 hour overlap with US East Coast hours. Many are already working with US clients.
From your side, the arrangement is clean — you pay a single monthly invoice to our EOR partner. There is no permanent establishment risk, no payroll obligations, and no foreign entity required. Your legal team can review the EOR agreement before you commit to anything.
We offer a rebate period on all permanent placements. If the hire doesn’t work out within the agreed rebate window, we conduct a replacement search at no additional fee. The details are agreed upfront — no surprises.
